To access certain parts of the Platform, Asset Circle may require you to register and provide certain information about yourself. When you become a “Member” by registering with us or using our Services, you agree to the following:

(i) Our Platform and our services are for professional investors only. Not for retail clients.
(ii) You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, or if you are using the Platform and Services on behalf of an entity, that entity. You also must update this Personal Data if it changes.
(iii) You must protect and keep secret your password at all times and must not allow any third party directly or indirectly to use your membership, email, or password.
(iv) You will immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or account, or any breach of security. You are responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your right to use the Platform and our services at any time, including if you violate or breach these Terms, any other agreement between and us, or acted inconsistently with the spirit of these Terms.

2. Content

Most events on our Platform are not hosted by us. Event Organisers and Advertisers (we will refer to them as “Commercial Partner”) are solely responsible for ensuring their event and any material submitted for inclusion on our Platform complies with any applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and that the good and services described on the event page are delivered as described in an accurate, satisfactory manner. We are not responsible for this third-party content or error, omission or inaccuracy.

The Platform may include at any given time text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, and data compilations, and together with the Platform’s page layout, underlying code and software we refer to all of these as “Content”.

All of the Content is the property of Asset Circle, our affiliates or third parties with whom we do business, and this means it is protected by applicable international property laws and other relevant laws. All logos and references to organisations are used with the permission of the owners and must not be reproduced without the express of the respective owners. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Platform unless otherwise given express written permission to do by us. For the avoidance of doubt, data mining or scraping the Platform with the express written permission of Asset Circle is not permitted.

The Platform may contain links to other websites. We assume no responsibility for the content of such websites, and we disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them.

3. Non-reliance on Content

Our Platform provides Content for general information only. No part of the Platform and the Content is intended to constitute advice or recommendation whatsoever in relation to any security, investment, potential investment or decision. The Content of the Platform should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind. No Content constitutes or should be interpreted as a solicitation to engage in any investment activity. Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our Platform, or to make contact with other users of our Platform, you must not infringe any copyright, database right or trademark of any other person and/or entity, promote an event that is likely to deceive any person, to promote any illegal activity, to violate the rights of others, and other Content that seeks to abuse the professional standards and functionality of this Platform. Any Content you upload to our Platform will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We have the right to remove any posting you make on our Platform if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with our content standards and values.
